Palletizing witnessing inspection is the practice of examining products and materials that have been palletized for shipment to ensure that they are satisfactorily secured and protected against damage.

Palletizing witnessing inspection includes a full examination of the products and materials including the wood used to make pallets that have been palletized for shipping. Our inspector will perform a detailed inspection of the palletized products and materials and the pallets themselves. The inspection report will include a detailed overview of the products and materials with photographs.

We inspect pallets to be in good condition, free of smell and/or humidity, following Pallet Design, using the correct type of wood, and meeting dimension specifications. We also witness Palletizing of; Right Product, Correct Labeling, No mixing of Batch/Shade, Quantity of Boxes per Pallet & its placement, overall No. of Pallets, UV Bag/Cap, and Strapping to be tight enough, etc. Here, our experience helps in ensuring the proper design and strength of pallets.
