    On approval from the client, the Inhouse HR team rectifies in-house team members that match the profile required to avoid training & development time. Down the line, we will also recruit more profiles from our database of new candidates. The selected profile has to go through multiple rounds of assessments to fit the perfect qualification required. Within two weeks after assembling and evaluating the entire Team with the client’s approval, we proceed to groom for specific operations demands.

    Team Operations – We execute all operations by keeping the client updated.

    We dedicate one account manager for the entire Indian offshoring team, and the Team will be ready with all the details you have provided to us for different operations. We will be made the whole layout to see how all work would fall into the right place with all the necessary accumulations. The client will be well aware of all the processes as they will closely work and get an update with the developments and strategy from time to time and will also have the full authority to drive the Team as per the Clients requirements. Clients can change or alter their Team as and when required to their satisfaction.

    Once the Team is ready with the proper training, the Team is prepared to accomplish the whole operations depending on strategic activities.
